The third plenary session of the 12th Inner Mongolia People's Congress opened on Jan 26 at the Inner Mongolia's capital city, Hohhot.

The meeting had four agendas. Meeting participants listened to Bater, chairman of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, review implementation of the national economy and social development action plan in 2014 and the drafted plan for 2015, as well as the 2014 financial budget performance and drafted budget plan for 2015. The executive chairman of the meeting's presidium explained the election methods of the meeting.
