A Memorandum of Cooperation was agreed upon between the People’s Government of Baotou and the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Jan 13?to boost the development of the rare earth industry in Baotou, reports Baotou Daily.

According to the memorandum, the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Inner Mongolia autonomous region will cooperate with Baotou regarding key projects and help the city become a demonstration city for quality.

Zhang Yuanzhong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Inner Mongolia autonomous region, extended his gratitude to the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Inner Mongolia autonomous region for their long-term support at the signing ceremony.

Zhang Haishun, top official of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, addressed the signing ceremony, and vowed to boost the development of the rare earth industry of Baotou.
