The city of Zhangjiagang is set to send 145 city government cadres to grassroots organizations and enterprises in an effort to improve their communication with the general public.

59 cadres who will be sent to industrial parks and towns in the city and 89 will head to enterprises and villages or communities.

They will serve in these roles from this month to April next year.
