Jiading district of Shanghai organized a ceremony for its participation in the 2015 Shanghai Tourism and Shopping Festival on Sept 18.
Themed as "The Elegant Jiading in Autumn", this year's festival consists of six major events?including Anting Racecar Carnival, Nanxiang Xiaolongbao Culture Exhibition, Shanghai Confucius Cultural Festival, Huating Countryside Carnival, Cao'an Shopping and Tourism Festival and North Hongqiao Tourism Festival.
The Anting Racecar Carnival, for example, features a series of high-level events, including the World Endurance Championship, the World Touring Car Championship and the final of Skoda Heros China Cycling Race, which will excite car enthusiasts. In addition to racing events, the AEMI World Clown Festival and a theater-themed activity will also be launched to bring joy to visitors.
In addition, the CAS (China Auto Salon) Modified Cars Show, as part of the Anting Racecar Carnival also begun on Sept 18. The four-day display, covering an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters will see a gathering of over 400 exhibitors including leading modified car manufacturers of US and Japan.
