The "Jiading talent port" strategic cooperation program was launched in Jiading district on July 8.
According to the program, Jiading district and Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co, a modern service industry leader, will cooperate in areas such as human resources services, and Jiading New City’s business attraction and exhibition services.
Located in the core area of Jiading New City, the first phase of "Jiading talent port" includes the construction of 1-hectare-industrial-buildings, which will be built into a full life cycle service ecological park, a big data think tank gathering park, a whole chain innovation and entrepreneurship park, and a human resources services industrial park to gather talents, policies, industries and resources.
It is expected to attract more than 100 companies to settle in the "Jiading talent port" and generate a production value of over 3 billion yuan ($444.64 million) by 2025.
Jiading district issued supportive measures to promote the gathering of human resources services in June to attract quality human resources institutions to invest in the "Jiading talent port".
For example, human resources services agencies will be given a settlement reward of up to 5 million yuan, and the agencies that settle in the port will be offered a 30 percent rental subsidy for the first three years. On top of that, a talent introduction subsidy of up to 500,000 yuan will also be rewarded depending on the caliber of talents they recommend, and institutions with municipal or high-level innovation projects will be given awards of up to 300,000 yuan.
