II. Terms of employment

The hiring policy calls for negotiations to be initiated with each top-level talent or group and the provision of development funds of no less than the following:

Cat I: 6 million yuan ($966,600) for anyone in the sciences and engineering, and 2.4 million yuan for anyone in the liberal arts.

Cat II: 3.6 million yuan for anyone in sciences and engineering, and 1.2 million yuan for anyone in liberal arts.

Cat III: 2.4 million yuan for anyone in sciences and engineering, and 0.7 million yuan for the liberal arts.

Cat IV: 600,000 yuan for anyone in sciences and engineering, 250,000 yuan for the liberal arts.

Cat V: 300,000 yuan for anyone in sciences and engineering, 180,000 yuan for the liberal arts.

In the case of groups, no less than: 30-million yuan for NSFC Innovative Research, 20-million yuan for Education Ministry Science and Engineering Innovation and 10-million yuan for liberal arts, 6-million yuan for Key Provincial Technology Innovation, 6-million yuan for Provincial University Innovation in science and engineering and 3-million yuan for liberal arts, 5-million yuan for State-level Teaching in science and engineering and 2 million yuan for liberal arts. Terms for the group director will be decided by experts based on academic honors and overall competitive ability of the team.

II. Allowance for getting settled

The university provides top talent with an allowance for housing, with half of it provided at the start of work and the remainder over a two-year period as follows:

Cat I: 1-million yuan

Ca II: 500,000 yuan

Cat III: 350,000 yuan

Cat IV: 300,000 yuan

Cat V: 250,000 yuan

III. Posting Allowance

Cat I: 300,000 yuan/yr.

Cat II: 200,000 yuan/yr.

Cat III: 200,000 yuan/yr for the first two years, and allowance to be decided by performance from the third year on.

Cat IV: 120,000 yuan/yr for the first two years, and allowance to be decided by performance. from third year on.

Cat V: 65,000 yuan/yr for first two years, and allowance to be decided by performance from third year on.

Cat IV. Other disbursements

The university will provide help to find an appropriate job for family members of Cat I and II talented personnel and fulfill the terms of employment as long as the candidate meets national or provincial high-level talent conditions.
