10. Pig brain and cow's organism

I like Chinese hotpot, we just dump all the stuff we order into the boiling water, vegetables and most are raw meat. The sauce is really tasty. I think without it the food might just be normal. The soup is good too, but someone told me it wasn't good for our body after cooking these raw things - really? Someone put pig brain or cow's organs into the hotpot,...nah...this really angered me.
