Unafraid (UK)
I think that it is disgusting. It also has many risks involved. (Dangerous!) I would never alter my body unless I needed it or it enabled me to live easier. It is way overused and people end up looking artificial. I am not that superficial to replace pieces of me or alter myself in that way!
