If 'loveless' just means a lack of intimacy, but you're still best friends, the relationship is peaceful but has lost its spark, then yes. If you're both comfortable living as 'roommates' then it's always better to raise children in a two parent home.
If 'loveless' involves hateful feelings, verbal or physical abuse, cheating, fighting and stress, then no.
Anyway, I think divorce should always be the last resort.
