Although I think loan sharks should be abandoned I'm sure I don't have sympathy on those students. I can't understand why a uni student choose to lend money by a very high interest, and provide nude photos, personal information and family's. I doubt their IQ tests can pass.
I think a better solution would be to formally require parental guidance and the signature of at least one of them to any loan taken out by a college student.
