Non-Production Projects invested by foreign investors
(1) The title will be approved by provincial and city industrial and commercial administration bureau.
(2) The contract and the constitution will be approved by commercial department; provincial and city quality technology inspection bureau provide the organization code; commercial department approves the certificate; provincial and municipal industrial and commercial administration bureau conduct the registration and issue the business license.
(3) The certificate of the organization code will be granted by provincial and municipal quality technology inspection bureau; office seal will be made with the approval of the municipal public security office; open a bank account of RMB and foreign currencies; put the project on file in the departments of foreign currencies, finance, customs and so on; put the project on file in the department of revenue.
