Pan-China tour stops near the finish line

A man’s ambitious plan to travel around China was disrupted after he lost his vehicle near his final destination, reported Southern Metropolis Daily.

Wang Pingan, a young man from Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, started his pan-China tour more than one year ago from Nanning, the capital of Guangxi.

With only two provinces to cover before he finishes his pan-China tour, which is set to end where it started, the unlucky man lost his bike. The bike was parked outside an electronics mall in Shenzhen, South China’s Guangdong province, while Wang visited the mall. But when the man came out to resume his journey, he found his bike was missing.

Although he has lost his bike, which is "almost impossible to find", he insisted that he will finish the pan-China tour even if he has to cover the remaining miles on foot.
