SEOUL: South Korea's Coast Guard says the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has freed four South Korean fishermen and their boat.
Coast Guard spokesman Kim Tae-jong said Saturday the two Coast Guard vessels retrieved the fisherman and the boat from DPRK along their shared eastern sea border.
DPRK seized the fishermen and held them for a month after their boat strayed into northern waters because of a problem with its satellite navigation system.
