Premier Li Keqiang published an article in Latvian newspaper Neatkariga before attending the Fifth Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries in Latvia and starting his official visit to the nation.

China and Latvia have enjoyed long-term win-win cooperation based on mutual respect and benefits, and learned from each other’s development through friendly exchanges, Premier Li said. He hoped the two sides will expand cooperation under the 16+1 mechanism.
