DALIAN - Kim Shin-wook scored a stoppage-time goal to help Shanghai Shenhua move past Shandong Luneng 1-0 in the third round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Wednesday.
One minute into the injury time, a pass from Shenhua midfielder Cao Yunding found Kim unmarked facing the goal. The South Korean striker comfortably drove the ball past Luneng goalkeeper Han Rongze.
Luneng created more dangerous chances. Former Italian international Graziano Pelle saw his close-range shot parried by Shenhua goalkeeper Zeng Cheng in the 67th minute.
12 minutes later, Brazilian Moises Magalhaes gave Zeng a scare with a fierce free kick which hit the post.
