Yang Hai, deputy Party secretary and director of the emergency management department of Liuyang, a county-level city under Changsha, Hunan province, is under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation for suspected serious violations of Party discipline and the law, the Changsha Commission for Discipline Inspection and the city's supervisory commission announced on Thursday.
