“二手房”怎么說(shuō)

房?jī)r(jià)始終是萬(wàn)眾矚目的焦點(diǎn)。一份數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全國(guó)70個(gè)大中城市6月份房屋銷(xiāo)售價(jià)格同比上漲7.1%；數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)顯示，二手房6月份的銷(xiāo)售價(jià)格同比上漲7.8%，漲幅比5月高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

The sales prices ofpre-owned housesjumped by 7.8 percent in June. That was one percentage point higher than in May. Shenzhen and Beijing are still among the top four cities in terms of price hikes, with growth rates of 16.1 percent and 9.4 percent, respectively.
報(bào)道中的“pre-owned house”指的就是“二手房”。
“Pre-owned”在此表示“used”，“secondhand”。由此，與“新房”（newly-built house）相對(duì)的“二手房”有時(shí)也可表達(dá)為“secondhand house”。
不過(guò)，相對(duì)而言，“pre-owned house”更為常用。
