The stunning autumn scenery in Gaopo town of Huaxi district, Southwest China's Guizhou province, is like the world in the films of Japanese filmmaker and artist Hayao Miyazaki. Covering an area of about 2,000 mu and 32 kilometers away from Huaxi, it is an ethnic area mainly inhabited by Miao people. With an elevation of more than 1,612 meters, Gaopo is one of the highest points in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou.
