They have received a total of 351 submissions from 12 countries—Sri Lanka, Argentina, Pakistan, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Peru, Namibia, South Africa, Serbia, India, and China. These submissions consist of 147 international and 204 domestic entries. Chongqing, a pivotal transport hub and economic center in southwestern China, has actively embraced the BRI since its inception.
