Party Secretary: Fu Huiming

Fu Huiming, male, was born in April 1963 in Rudong, Jiangsu province. He is the Party Secretary of Shanxi University, a professor, and a postgraduate supervisor, and has a master’s in law. Fu is also a member of the Steering Committee of University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of the Ministry of Education. In August 2018, he served as a member of the 11th Committee of the CPC Shanxi Province.

July 1987: Graduated from the Wuxi Institute of the Light Industry and began working at the institute

April 2005: Studied at Columbia University in the US

July 2007: Studied at the University of Maryland in the US

May 2009: Became a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Jiangnan University and deputy Party secretary of Jiangnan University

November 2010: Became vice principal of Jiangnan University, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Jiangnan University, and the deputy Party secretary of Jiangnan University

January 2014: Became a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Suining Municipal Committee in Sichuan province

August 2015: Became Party Secretary of Shanxi Normal University

Fu has presided over more than 10 planning fund projects of the Ministry of Education and Shanxi province, compiled six textbooks and two editorial papers, published more than 30 papers in core journals, and won five awards, including provincial and municipal government awards.
